RUDE STAFF, BAD SMELL

They charged me 1500BHT for using Thai Foot Cream. The river behind the swimming pool smells very bad. However, the location is GREAT. P.S. I have stayed at this hotel several times. However, they were all before the date you see. There was no other choice for filling the date.

I do not recommend this hotel. Mostly because the front office staff are rude, un-coorepative and not welcoming at all. There is a scammer on their booking email/website and they are aware of this but they do not inform their customers until it's too late. The rooms are nice but that's the only positive thing about the hotel. However, the seaside view rooms they fail to mention that the rooms also oversees the sewage/waste river. Oh and the AC is loud and you need the AC to sleep. The hotel policy is the pool area is only accessible until 8pm. There isn't an area where guest can relax and have a drink with friends. When we asked the staff, they rudely point to the sign. Their response and body language are abrupt. I really felt unwelcomed at the hotel. Awful experience. Good luck if you stay here.

This hotel is also known as the Balihai Bay Residence. We stayed here for 3D/2N and we chose a room overlooking the bay itself. Great view! The room was simple, but spacious and provided with all basic amenities (like AC, private bathroom, hot and cold water, TV, safety box, etc.). Aside from the reception area on the second floor, there's also a direct entrance with an elevator from the parking level 2. Nothing luxurious about the hotel itself, but what I particularly like about this place is its proximity to Balihai Pier where you take a boat to Koh Larn Island. There are also nice restaurants and convenience stores just a few minutes away from the place.

The location is okayish, its close to the walking street, however it's not an easy walk, takes around 10 minutes It's old and beaten down, and room service close at 5 p.m. The amenities are basic and the water supply doesn't have enough pressure. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Very Bad Experience. We stayed there only for 16-18 hours. But first time got very bad experience. They asked for one opener which we never seen it in room and force us to pay money, we told them to check.... They opened our all luggage and after found nothing, then they told Sorry.. But this kind of bad experience we never got from any hotel till now.. I think this hotel people Don't like Indians... Suggest to all people mainly the Indians not to stay iin this hotel otherwise you may face huge problem
